This was a last minute decision and easier to use than I expected. The quality was better than expected also. I think I had the iron set too high (on the hottest setting) and the clear covering melted the first two attempts. NO WORRY... only a few stones didn't adhere. I easily put them in place with tweezers like the directions suggested. Once I turned the heat to MEDIUM the film lifted well after the heat was applied. I decided to quickly place the iron directly on the rhinestones after removing the clear film from each shirt just to ensure the stones were set. That worked fine. My bridesmaids are going to love their gifts.
