I Love "Long Plate" door handles. It is beautiful as pictures showing but what instruction said on the print versus item came in the box is NOT SAME CONDITION‼️‼️ In the instructions, inside the box has door mechanism parts are already built in a piece, then just rest to hook and put them together, very easy. However, the actual item is NOT built like the instraction said, but each tiny piece came in a plastic bag, and HOW TO BUILD THAT inside mechanism parts are "NOT SHOWING" on the instruction at all. I hired a professional carpenter for my renovation, so he did this part for me, but he even said, " TOTALLY WRONG to sell like this to a customer! They should have made the part, then send it to you. Jusr like the instructions showing".We opened up the other box, just in case. It was exactly the same way. ?‍♀️So, I don't think it was a Oops mistake by the manufacturer, but they boxed in without assembly. However, the instructions showed it was already built to add the rest of the parts. It's Totally WRONG! Very Confusing and HARD!! I was lucky to have a carpenter figured it out, but otherwise, I was never able to put all tiny parts together WITHOUT ANY INSTRACTIONS!!!!The carpenter was here, doing other my projects, NOT for putting up the doorknob. He said, he wasn't carrying with him a specific device to hold these tiny pieces to build the doorknob. (I guess out there such devices exist for doorknob to set up), but with his ability to put them up without the devices this time. Print miss? I don't think so.If inside the instructions SHOWING how to build inside the mechanism part, THEN, I understand. But it wasn't. I purchased these 2 as test trials. And I want to order more originally. But after I found out how tricky they are and NOT Customer Friendly, I would rather do business somewhere else, and WILL NOT PURCHASE from this company anymore!! ?
