This web halter is well made, not a cheap, lightweight one, especially for the price. I was originally looking for an x-large halter, but other reviewers said these ran large, so I went with the Full/L size and it fit my three-year old perfectly. The blue is beautiful with his chestnut color. I usually use a rope halter on him, but I wanted something with a padded noseband that he could get used to dragging a rope with, that wouldn't hurt as much when he stepped on it. Dropped reins and ropes happen and they should all know how to deal with that.
