The flat iron is good and gets to a good heat level. It’s a little bit hard to hold for long periods of time though. I believe it’s because it’s thick and my hand sometimes gets numb.Ordered on Nov 9, 2021. I don’t use everyday and I’m not a hairstylist who leaves it on all day. Went to use iron on match 21 and it won’t heat up. I truly loved this iron till it stopped working. I guess I should have taken the reviews a little more serious as this seems to be a problemDisappointed I missed the return window on this. There are better products out there.It’s a Euro plug had to buy an adapterThis is a fantastic product. I use a flat iron everyday and when my old one stopped working, I was searching all over for a decent replacement. I saw this one and it sounded good but was a little apprehensive since some reviewers said they loved it and others said it stopped working. I am so glad I ordered it because, so far, for the past month it has been great. My hair is also not as staticky and dry as it was before with my old flat iron. It flattens and smooths my hair very well, I like how my hair looks everyday when I'm done. The size is great too because it's not as skinny as a lot of flat irons. It works well and worth the price since the quality and result is wonderful. I would not have taken the time to write a review if I didn't love it.This curling iron is amazing! I gave myself a nasty burn though the first time using it. Be conscious of where your arms are! This wand is incredible. So hot, holds my curl even though my hair is very thick. Very classy design. Also compact enough to put in the drawer/storage conscious. Really top notch quality.little gold piece before handle broke off.It works great, makes beautiful curls, and the curls hold for days. Most importantly, it doesn't leave the crimp line like curling irons do from the bar that hold your hair in place. It was recommended to me by my hair stylist who I very much trust. I use it with the frizz ease touchable hair hairspray and it works great without having rock hard hair. Do be aware that the one sold by Amazon does not come with a stand.It curls great but the curls didn’t last long at all :-(wow wow wow! i love it
