Super for tracing iron on patterns that don’t work the 1st time…. This pen worked like a charm and good price for the quality as wellI used this silky transfer pen on 100% wool batting , it did transfer but came out lighter then expected , but that was a plus as you could not see the outline on the finished product ! Would love to try the other colors !!The Sulky Iron-On Transfer Pen works like a charm. I have tried many ways to transfer a pattern to the piece that I wanted to embroidery with no luck. Either the lines were to faint or the transfer wouldn't transfer. The transfer pen gave me a well defined pattern to work with. As mentioned, in the other comments, be careful on the width of your lines on transfer paper and be sure your dry iron is hot. This is definitely a rebuy product!I realize this works best when ironing pattern on smooth fabric, but I used 3-D fabric paint and created a towel for my golf league. Ironing on was a little blurred , but everything was covered by the paints.Great transfer, easy to use but point is too thickI got this as it is not offered with a collection of the other colors and sometimes for working transfers for iron for my liquid embroidery I need a color that will show on darker fabric. The sulky transfer pens work great for my use. I do wish they had some in a fine point. I have not found any with a fine point to work for much finer detail but these pens are much better than the pencils in part due to color variation and the fact that they show up much better. I have not had trouble with them running so far.My go to for embroidery and fabric crafts. Simple, easy to use, just be careful what surface you're ironing on. It can bleed throughThis does exactly as it says it does. Please note that this is a permanent pen - you can't wash it off later to remove the ink. With that in mind, I wish the pen tip was a little more fine-pointed. I used this for embroidery and some of the finer details needed to be thicker to cover up the pen.Splendid! I wanted to transfer a beautiful image onto my quilts for the provenance label, and it worked exactly as the instructions said it would! What's not to like? Thank you for a problem solved.havent used it yet, but looks perfect for the jobItem as described and well packaGED.Omg, if you are looking to make your own designs, or find one to trace! All you need to do is trace or draw your own picture on just plain old regular printer paper! Then you iron it to your fabric, just like any other transfer! I am just thrilled with this! Every embroider needs this! This pen transfers very well, I can get three to four transfers from one pattern. Warning, make sure you put parchment paper behind your fabric when transferring, other wise the transfer will be on your ironing board cover
