I got this patch and a handful of others for my daughters book bag I bought her for Christmas. She has been begging for a messenger bag to carry her books in for months now. I tried to find a Dr Who one but they were all so small they looked more like lunch bags rather than book bags plus they were horribly expensive! So I got smart, found a nice inexpensive yet large enough bag that was black with tardis blue accents and parts to it, I got this patch and sewed it onto the front middle of the bag, and a few other patches here and there and she loves it so much I thought she was going to cry over it when she opened the box. Made all the finger pricks with needles and the pain and frustration that went into trying to sew this onto a canvas bag! (not easy but worth it in the end!!)Says it is an iron on but I did not want to just iron it I wanted to stitch it to also make it more sturdy. So bonus!The logo is crisp and clean, the backing material is heavy duty, but the iron on glue is just about worthless. I used a different glue strip to make it stick.
