These are nicer quality than others I’ve bought in the past; a little bit thicker and the underside is textured which was a nice surprise.These are great cutting surfaces and a great price. Durable and easy to clean. More compact. Wood boards are pourus and can provide microbs a good home, these are not porous. While preparing a meal I will bring out two or three and lay them on each other. I cut the chicken on one and slide it aside. I cut vegtables on the next and slide it aside and so one. No cross contamination while enhancing culinary prep work experience my minimizing time, use of space and less dirty containers.Love these cutting boards!
