This Dixon BR series reducer is used for connecting or extending pipes going in the same direction. It has female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads on both ends for connecting to male pipes. It is made of malleable iron for high tensile strength and has a maximum operating pressure of 150 pounds per square inch (psi).
