I had a minor problem with the first branding burning that I received. I contacted the vendor and the replaced it without any quesitons with an even better model. Thank you!The comments are right it's way too hot and there's no adjustability but the Custom Design I gave them is perfect you just have to be quick with your stamp and get your your timing right it will take a little practice but again worth itNo dislikes,branding wood itemsExtremely happy with the item I received. The thing I dislike is how hot the heat get on the handle, it's hard to hold even with thick leather gloves.Original design I chose would no work (my name is long). Customer service contacted my and worked with me to get it right. Even then arrived before est delivery date. Also works great.This was a great gift for my husband. He loved it. I ordered the 2" after reading reviews that the smaller one wasn't readable. He couldn't wait to try it out. The image and text were perfect!The iron is excellent. The stamp did not work for me. My name was in script and the letters are so fancy you cannot read it. Reorder was printed and this is good.
