One person in my household prefers to eat gluten free when possible -- thus the purchase of this item because we all love a Belgian waffle from time to time. I am not usually a fan of gluten free products, and they very often upset my stomach. But THIS is the BEST waffle of all waffles -- gluten free or regular! I seriously cannot tell it's gluten free and the flavor is fabulous. The recipe is easy (2 eggs, water, a little oil) and forgiving: I've even made them without oil or spray on the waffle maker for a friend who cannot have oils and the batch still turned out perfect. The price seems to have gone up a bit lately (what hasn't), but as a family meal, it's reasonably priced comfort food and something we all enjoy.Namaste Foods is my go to brand for gluten free mixes and this waffle and pancake mix never disappoints. I’m a vanilla lover so I add a little extra natural vanilla to the mix, or fresh berries to add even more flavor. It’s a great waffle and pancake mix that everyone in my home loves.I like this brand for a lot of their gluten-free foods. These pancakes turn out very well, fluffy and light, and they taste good. I don't find this to be a very expensive price either, especially for gluten-free.Very nice for my low fodmap diet! This is the ONE gluten free baking mix(that's how I use it) that doesn't have any xanthan gum in it (which makesme bloat). I add my own glucommanan gum when I cook with it / becausethat doesn't make me bloat. Tastes just like fried dough as a waffle.
